As the official live-stream partner for various AEG festival properties, Amazon Music Live calls on Baskin Events for the design and production of their backstage host sets and artist lounges. 2023 festivals included Stagecoach and Tyler the Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw.
For NYFW February 2023, Saks took a turn from the expected, relocating their party (and iconic champange tower) from L’Avenue to the newly opened Jazz Club at the Aman New York. The stylish event kicked off Fashion Week with performances by Charli XCX and Big Freedia. Hosted by Emma Roberts, other notable attendees included Julia Fox and Nicki Hilton.

Taking place at the summer Hamptons estate of Toby Milstein, BE produced a popup dinner and a movie for a night dubbed, Maison Milstein. L’ Avenue served up a Parisian menu of the restaurant’s staple dishes, followed by specialty movie-themed desserts such as truffle popcorn and boozy gummy bears. The sweets were served as guests watched Dirty Dancing from lush pink couches on the lawn. To quote Vogue - ‘Saks and cinema are two things that will never go out of style’.

Marking the beginning of NYFW, Saks’ signature champagne tower kicked off a packed week of parties in true Fifth Avenue style. With a performance from fall campaign star Chlöe Bailey, the decadent night included caviar bumps served by male models and a custom Saks ice luge martini bar. Guests were also treated to tattoos by JonBoy and catering by L’ Avenue.

Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace opened at Rockefeller Center in April 2022 for a summer of skating fun at the famed Rink. BE was hired by founders Liberty Ross and Jimmy Iovine to produce larger events taking place throughout the season. Highlights included:
VH1 RuPaul’s Drag Race Pride Party Hosted by Monét X Change with DJ sets from Honey Davenport and Aquaria, as well as special performances from Olivia Lux, Scarlet Envy and Monét.
Fashion Week event celebrating the release of a collaboration jewlery and nail polish line dubbed - Queenz Recognize Queenz designed by Flipper’s Liberty Ross, Simone I Smith and Mary J Blige. The event featured manicures from celebrity nail artist Nails by Mei as well as free ear piercing for guests.
MAC Cosmetics Pink Pop Skate NYFW event offering guests free make-overs. Flipper’s community skaters performed to a DJ set by Amrit.

For New York Fashion Week: The Shows February 2022 edition, Baskin Events worked with IMG FOCUS. to produce both The Art of Rodarte and Saks Fifth Avenue’s NYFW kick-off dinner.
The Art of Rodarte (Created Exclusively For NYFW: The Shows with Afterpay) was an immersive retrospective exhibit showcasing the film and design work of Kate and Laura Mulleavy of Rodarte. The Art of Rodarte featured twelve Runway looks, spanning from Fall/ Winter 2008 to Spring/ Summer 2022, as well as four gowns from their costume design work for the LA Philharmonic Production of Don Giovanni (Stage design by Frank Gehry) and a series of slip dresses worn by Kirsten Dunst from their feature film debut, Woodshock. The exhibit also featured archival Runway footage, animations of Rodarte sketches from the Academy Award winning film, Black Swan, directed by Darren Aronofsky, which Kate and Laura designed and created the ballet costumes for, as well as holograms of character costumes from the culminating final act of Illumination’s Sing 2.

Saks Fifth Avenue kicked off NYFW with an intimate dinner at L’Avenue hosted by CEO Marc Metrick and actor Amanda Seyfried. The restaurant was lit by hundreds of candles and decor was inspired by Saks’ colorful Spring campaign. Notable attendees included Lourdes Leon, Nicky Hilton Rothschild, Christopher John Rogers, Joseph Altuzarra, Stacey Bendet and Heron Preston.

Amazon Music hired Baskin Events to design and produce an event celebrating their holiday collaboration with Leon Bridges. The morning of the event, the musician made an appearance on The Today Show to premiere the music video for his Amazon Original song, Purple Snowflakes. Giving nod to the video’s desert setting and Leon’s Texas roots, the event was filled with purple cacti, desert foliage, twinkling tree branches, and neon lights. Guests sipped on Purple Snowflake tequila cocktails and were treated to gift bags themed for a cozy night in listening to Amazon Music. Each guest also received a limited edition Leon Bridges customized Wrangler Jacket.
Lighting was done by Rob Ross Designs and florals were provided by B Florals.
Working under the creative direction of MFG Creative Co. for agency MKG, Robyn and her team executed festival sponsorship activations for food delivery service Grubhub at Governor’s Ball and Lollapalooza Chicago. Dubbed the Grubhub Refueling Station, activation footprints featured cuisine themed lounges, free wifi, DJ sets, phone charging, a custom ‘ice breaker’ app, Squishable photo booth, flash tattoos and Kandi Bracelet making.
At Governor’s Ball, guests were able to order food through the Grubhub App from various festival vendors and have it delivered to the Grubhub Refueling Station.
IMG FOCUS., producers of New York Fashion Week, once again tapped Robyn to execute high-profile FW events. Over the week, BE produced parties for Saks Fifth Avenue and Bella Hadid’s Kin Euphorics, as well as a luncheon for VOGUE & the CFDA and the closing night Club Endeavor party following the STAUD presentation at Spring Studios.
Saks disco-themed event hosted by campaign stars Sarah Paulson and Kumail Nanjiani, was held at the flagship store’s posh restaurant L’Avenue. The evening featured DJ sets by Paris Hilton and performances by Kim Petras and G-Eazy. With well over 100 disco balls, a champagne tower and models tossing confetti over a disco photo booth, the party marked the long-awaited return of events to NYC in true Fashion Week style.
Kin Euphorics and Bella Hadid hosted a soiree at Spring Place to celebrate the model’s announcement as the brand’s Co-Founder and Partner. Bella’s mom and sister, supermodels Yolanda and Gigi, were there to support. Also in attendance were Halsey, Taraji P. Henson, and a host of other VIPs. Kerwin Frost Dj’d as guests mingled on the dance floor and Bella’s florist, Fleurotica, provided a stunning floral entry moment. The energy in the room was felt by all and heightened with several giant crystal installations.
Adult Swim hired Baskin Events to design and produce the premiere party for Three Busy Debras, a new show for the network, Executive Produced by Amy Pohler, about ‘three deranged housewives all named Debra’ living in the fictional town of Lemoncurd, Connecticut. With all details planned, the event was canceled in mid-March 2020 due to the mounting Covid-19 crisis.
Robyn suggested pivoting to bring the event home to would-be attendees by sending out gift boxes to invited guests and press. By the show’s premiere date, lemon-themed gift boxes were in the mail. Filled with items originally made to be giveaways at the event along with other lemon goodies, the boxes brought much-needed smiles to cast and crew stuck at home.
With events on pause, more client requests rolled in for curated promotional mailers. Throughout the pandemic, Baskin Events has put together gift boxes for HBOMax, Quibi, Nordstrom, Grand Seiko Watches and more, garnering millions of social media impressions from micro-influencers to the Kardashians.
IMG FOCUS brought Robyn and her LA team on to assist in the production of the M Missoni AW 2020 Fashion Week celebration. BE location managed, produced decor and oversaw logistical elements for the party at the legendary Pink’s Hot Dog’s on La Brea Avenue. Models arrived in style on a custom wrapped double-decker bus. After a dazzling show, guests stayed for a dance party in the parking lot, set to tunes provided by DJ Mia Moretti. Catering by Pink’s featured a signature Italian hot dog dubbed, ‘A Taste of Your Own M’. At sunset, friends of the brand piled back onto the bus for a ride to a private home in the Pacific Palisades where the party continued into the night. Decor at the event was designed and produced by BE with catering by Taste of Pace. After the presentation, the bus and visuals at Pink’s lived on for the rest of NYFW.
Cornerstone Agency hired BE to produce a week of activities for Converse’s Project _X_, bringing young creative minds from all over the world to Los Angeles. The events acted as a lead up for the 50 creatives to attend Camp Flog Gnaw, a multi-day festival and carnival, of which Converse is a major sponsor, founded by rapper and designer Tyler The Creator. BE created welcome bags presented to guests upon arrival, coordinated travel around the city, produced a day-long workshop in Santa Monica focused on art and sustainability and a press event at The Roosevelt Hotel, at which Converse unveiled their newest collaboration shoe line with Tyler. All venues were designed by Baskin Events.
Hired by branding agency Cornerstone, Robyn and her team brought to life the Pabst Blue Ribbon Fearless Sound Society summer kickoff event. Taking creative concepts and direction from Cornestone, Baskin Events oversaw the spacial design, fabrication, experience and logistics of this special one night event. A hundred invited guests and fans came together at a gallery in east LA for an evening of immersive experience set in a pink wonderland and an intimate performance by musician and producer, Pink Sweat$.
Upon entering the event, guests were given a pocket guide and pink ‘money’ to spend at the bar on PBR. Waiters served personal pizzas (Pink’s favorite food) to guests as they chilled in the Love Lounges, made serene with lavender diffusers and pink crystals. Attendees snapped pics in a photo booth replica of his Honesty music video and in the Fearless Studio, listened to Pink talk about the fears he had to overcome in his life and career. After sharing their own fears on the ‘Fearless Wall’, guests collected their own one of a kind pink sweatpants, made exclusively for the event. The evening capped off with a surprise on stage interview and concert.
BWG Live, hired Robyn to work as part of their inner sponsorship team to produce the adidas Creator’s Park at Pharrell’s inaugural Something in the Water festival. Held over two days on the Virginia Beach boardwalk, Robyn and her team oversaw logistics for the activation, which was free and open to the public. Each day, programming began with Access mentoring sessions hosted by adidas employees. Forced to evacuate Friday afternoon due to fierce storms, Pharrell reopened the park on Saturday to a beautiful backdrop of sunny skies for thousands of attendees and passersby. A dance competition featuring ten crews, selected and judged by Beyoncé choreographer Jacquel Knight, battled it out for a spot to perform on stage at the festival with Pharrell later that night. Other activities included court challenges on the beach basketball court, custom built by Praters Flooring, tote and sandal customization stations, entertainment focused panels and more. Celebrity participants and appearances included Pusha T, DRAM, and Deepak Chopra. All creative was designed by Portland based agency, Kamp Grizzly.
BE worked with the team at Adult Swim and the creators of Robot Chicken, Seth Green and Matthew Senreich, to produce the show’s 10th season premiere and anniversary event dubbed Night of 1000 Bawks. This tongue and cheek ‘gala’ event took place at The Ace Theater in Downtown Los Angeles and was a celebration of fans and the show’s large cast and crew. A red carpet welcomed notable guests outside of the theater, while fans lined up early to get their seats. With over a thousand attendees packed into the theater, guests enjoyed discussions with original and current show writers, as well as notable voice actors and special guests of the show such as Weird Al and Macaulay Culkin. Never before seen clips, videos from celebrity guests and a preview of the new season were shown to the delight of fans in the theater, as well as those watching at home through a live stream of the event on adultswim.com.
In the spring of 2019, agency MATTE Projects hired Robyn to work as a producer on their inner team, overseeing logistics on the launch event for adidas’ FUTURECRAFT.LOOP performance sneaker. Designed to be the world’s first fully recyclable shoe made entirely of TPU, the event was to be as eco-friendly as possible. Working alongside MATTE’s design and technical teams, the BE team oversaw venue operations, permitting, fabrication, catering, rentals, printing, security, and staffing for the 200 person event. Held at Duggal Greenhouse, a LEED Certified event venue, the entire experience was aimed to create little to no waste. All printing was done with eco-friendly materials and items were fully recyclable, all fabrication was made to be reused or donated and attendees were transported to the event via Teslas, bikes and zero-emissions buses. Guests entered a stunning visual experience featuring projection in the round and a ‘gifting ring’ that was dramatically lowered mid-event. Guests received a pair of shoes to take home with the expectation of one day returning them to adidas to create a second-generation shoe.
Working under creative agency Something Special Studios, Baskin Events was hired as Executive Producer to oversee all planning aspects of Hypefest, a two-day immersive retail experience presented by Hypebeast in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Over 50 brands including adidas, Diesel, PUMA, Moncler, Sacai, Rimowa x Off-White, G-STAR, Fragment and Medicom, dropped merchandise made exclusively for the event. Sold only through a geo-fenced app to attendees, items were shipped directly to consumers after the event. In addition to the unique retail experience, guests were treated to two days of music programming on three stages, panels and appearances from Gucci Mane, Jaden Smith, Jonah Hill, Travis Scott and more. Taking place across two warehouses and multiple parking lots, the one of a kind venue posed many unique logistical challenges. This free event was enjoyed by over 10k attendees.
Concepted by Genius Media in partnership with Dropbox, Lyrics to Life brought to life eight musical lyrics through artworks by Peggy Noland, Nitemind, Marina Fini, Typoe, Amine, Mokibaby, Magnus Sodamin and Devin Troy Sother. Produced by Baskin Events, this pop up art gallery came to life for five days in a warehouse in Downtown LA. Free to the public, the exhibit kicked off with a private opening night party catered by Kismet.
Hired by creative agency AOK Collective as Executive Producer, BE coordinated all aspects for the Levi’s Fall/Winter 2018 collection launch at Spring Studios in NYC. The day-long event hosted hundreds of Levi’s employees, Media and Influencers for a town hall-style meeting to announce their partnership with Justin Timberlake, who was in attendance to launch the collaboration. Following the meeting, buyers from across the country joined the party for an evening reception featuring a drum and dance crew, fashion show of the new collection and a performance by De La Soul. Guests were able to customize hoodies and view the collection showcased on custom-built displays.
Designed and curated by Something Special Studios for Budweiser, Budland was a two-day event Executive Produced by BE. Held at Werkartz in Los Angeles, Budland celebrated the newly launched, limited-edition California summer packaging. The private event kicked off on Friday night with live performances, DJ sets, custom-built Budweiser art installations and plenty of drinks that kept the party going well into the night. Saturday afternoon brought even more fun with a skate ramp built by LA collective Babylon and music on three stages. A second room in the warehouse opened to reveal a marketplace of LA based designers selling limited-edition Budweiser collaboration merchandise exclusively made for the event. The evening concluded with special surprise performers ASAP Rocky and Tyler the Creator.
After launching BE in January 2016, Robyn continued to work with FADER producing The FADER FORT for the 6th consecutive year at SXSW in Austin, Texas. Set on four acres, the expanded six day event spanned interactive and music programming sponsored by Dell Technologies, Converse, Toyota, Jack Daniels and Budweiser. Over 20k attendees came through the doors to enjoy the free event with performances from the top acts at SX, open bar and engaging custom sponsor activations. Surprise headliner Drake closed out the 15th year of FORT and last year at the impressive Pine Street Station venue with an OVO showcase.
Robyn also oversaw production of the FORT in 2019.
Genius Media invited their online community and Brooklyn neighbors to an end of summer barbecue at their headquarters, featuring a line up of up and coming hip-hop artists and a headlining set from Pusha-T. Guests of the all day event enjoyed bbq, a music trivia arcade, Genius merch giveaways, rooftop games and sponsor activations.

Set at a mountain resort in eastern Pennsylvania, The Weekender, presented by Boiler Room, sponsored by Ray-ban was a weekend-long, boutique, destination festival. Almost two-thousand attendees descended on the Pocono mountains for a weekend of music, dancing and more across six stages and multiple buildings throughout the resort grounds. From an indoor-waterpark dance hall pool party to a curated movie theater experience to live all night DJ sets from the likes of Virgil Abloh, guests were kept busy enjoying sets by Boiler Room favorite artist collectives. All planning, production and logistics were overseen by BE.
Hired by self-proclaimed geek-culture media agency IHEARTCOMIX, Baskin Events produced Adult Swim’s 2018 Coachella party at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs. The two day event featured an evening of cocktails with sunset screening of never-before-seen shows, a sound bath, pool party, drag queen bingo and more. Sponsored by BMW, the event was the perfect kick-off to a fun-filled festival weekend.
Global bio-pharmaceutical company Celgene tapped BE to build out a space on their New Jersey campus to introduce employees to their new internal research tool, iKU. BE oversaw production of the permanent learning facility that featured a VR classroom, interactive theater experience and video tutorial pods. A two-day launch was held for key employees to get a first look at the space. Hundreds of employees from the Celgene campus attended to learn about iKU, enjoy refreshments and meet with the development team. BE also produced a pop-up version of the experience at Celgene’s global conference in Austria.
